Katie Meahan is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in critical care and vascular medicine. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College and Maryville University, graduating Summa Cum Laude from both programs.
Before joining Pinnacle Vein and Vascular Center, Katie spent several years practicing in critical care and pulmonary medicine, managing complex and critically ill patients in intensive care settings. Her background also includes neurocritical and hospitalist care, providing her with a deep understanding of acute and chronic vascular conditions.
At Pinnacle Vein and Vascular Center, Katie specializes in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of vascular diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her practice focuses on improving circulation, restoring vascular health, and helping patients achieve better long-term outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Outside of work, Katie is passionate about powerlifting, trail running, and crewing ultra-marathons. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, and exploring new places across the country. A fan of good food and great company, she also enjoys traveling, cooking, and appreciating a well-crafted whiskey with family and friends.
