If you are feeling sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick with COVID 19, we kindly request that you call to reschedule your appointment
If you have a fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, headache or loss of taste of smell, we ask that you reschedule your visit or schedule a telemedicine appointment with one of our Board Certified Providers.
All patients will be scheduled in a way that allows us to properly sanitize the office for the next patient. (see below for our updated sanitization procedures)
In office sanitization and preventative measures:
All patients required to come in will be booked with time inbetween to fully clean and sanitize the office
Waiting room chairs have been spaced out to practice social distancing
All employees will be wearing protective gear, and sanitizing all touched surfaces frequently (door handles, countertops, restrooms etc.)
Hand sanitizer will be available for patient use throughout the office
